What is "Scentscaping"?
Our full-service event scenting service. We work with you to discover all of the event details, make recommendations on specific fragrances, and staff your event with scent experts that create the perfect flow of fragrances as your guests move through from start to finish. We often use more than one fragrance. Blending each one to create the perfect one for that specific moment. Because of the many variables that affect airflow, our experts are on-site monitoring the strength of fragrance and placement so that it is neither too weak nor too strong.
Why should I scent my event?
We’re so glad you asked. Adding scent to your event is like adding magic. Scent elevates and enhances the emotions and vision of your event. And since scent is the most human and memorable of the senses, your guests will remember the special occasion long after they have departed.

What is Scentex? Who is behind it?
Scentex is an event services company specializing in curating and orchestrating custom fragrances for weddings, galas, meetings, and events. Our Fragrance Technicians are on-site for every event ensuring that each guest has a perfectly moderated scent experience that fits into and complements the environment. Scentex was created by our creative director Tiffany Rose Goodyear, who works with clients across the world to create unforgettable immersive experiences. Are your fragrances harmful?
We use industrial-strength, highly concentrated fragrance oils. These are the same ingredients in your everyday perfume. The fragrance would only be harmful if ingested or rubbed on the body. Our expert fragrance technicians monitor the fragrances throughout the event, which eliminates any possibility of negative guest interaction.
Can I have an allergic reaction?
In order to have an allergic reaction to any substance, that substance has to come into direct contact with the human body. Because our fragrances are diffused through the air and do not come into direct contact with your skin, allergic reactions will not occur.
Can I rent the equipment without staff?
Currently, all of our events are staffed with a Fragrance Technician.
Do you make custom fragrances?
We source fragrances and materials from companies all over the world. Some of them come to us perfectly blended, while others are created in-house to ensure you get the perfect fragrance for your event.
Do you sell essential oils?
We use both natural and synthetic fragrance materials. This creates the best options for fragrance creation and is the most environmentally sustainable way to develop fragrances. All of our materials are IFRA compliant.
Do you sell fragrances?
At this time, none of our fragrances are available for retail.
Do you sell diffusers?
We do not sell commercial diffusing equipment. Reed diffusers are incorporated into our Design Your Diffuser services, but are not sold individually.

How much does it cost to scent an event?
Our pricing varies based on the services requested, the number of fragrances, the size of the venue, and the duration of the event.
Can you fragrance my home, office, hotel or retail space?
Scentex focuses solely on dynamic interactive spaces, but we would be happy to recommend our collaborative partners. Just let us know what you’re interested in scenting.
Do you scent events outside?
Yes. We have successfully fragranced many events outdoors. Similar to how sound carries differently outside, the positioning of our equipment, volume of scent, and the number of diffusers required may increase because our events our staffed we make decisions at the moment to ensure the scent is dispersed successfully in all spaces both inside and out.
Where is this service available?
We work anywhere in North America and have successfully scented events in cities all over the United States.
